Annual General Meeting

                            Key points from AGM held on 6th February 2012.

• Neville Jelfs (vice chairman) and Bernie Beale stand down from committee. They are thanked for their sterling committee service to the Society since it was formed in 2000.
• Duncan Beale is elected deputy chairman and Mike Barnes and Tom Jelfs are elected to the committee.  
• 2012 Annual subscription (£25) to be paid by 2nd March.  
• Applications for 2012 matchplay competitions available at The Bell (£2 singles £5 pairs)-to be submitted by 2nd March.
• Some modifications to the rules to be considered by the committee.   Modifications agreed for the McWolder Cup competition.  
• The Andrew McDonald trophies for the best four individual stableford scores during 2011 were presented by the chairman:- Winner - Duncan Beale (av 36.75pts) Runner up- Geoff Doran (av 36.0pts)
