Chairman Phil welcomed Mike Barnes and Tom Jelfs to the Bell Inn GS
committee, and congratulated Duncan on his appointment to Vice Chairman.
Outing to Henley in Arden Golf Club on 29th December 2011
The committee’s view was that they looked after us very well and the
course was in good condition for December. Whilst we have booked
Tewkesbury Park GC for our post Christmas venue for 2012 Henley will
firmly remain on our future venues list.
Arrangements for outing to The Vale Golf Club on Thursday 8th March 2012
Registration at 8.45am, Full English breakfast at 9.00am
1st tee time 10.00am Individual Stableford competition
Cost for day £35 Latest payment 2nd March 2012 (Also latest date for subscription payments)
Dinner at approx 4.30pm Dress code smart casual

Handicaps
Revisions for 2012 to be posted at The Bell Inn. Mike Barnes has joined the handicap committee.
Theme Night
In view of the golf commitments, and the Diamond Jubilee celebrations
planned for June, the committee has decided to hold the next theme night
in February 2013. Date to be announced shortly.
McWolder Cup
The suggestion for the changes to the format, as proposed by Neville at
the AGM, were agreed and will be put to the Coach & Horses for
their approval. Further details will follow.

Pairs knockouts
Final entry date 2nd March. Ladies to receive 3 addition shots and play from the Men’s indexes.
