Outing to Maxstoke Park Golf Club on 6th September 2012
Despite the low scoring mainly due to very fast greens and difficult pin positions, the committee felt that this was a great venue with excellent catering and well worth a revisit in the future.
Arrangements for the outing to Wychwood Golf Club on Friday 2nd November
Entry sheet at The Bell Inn
Format:- Individual Stableford and 1st qualifier for 2013 McWolder Cup
Registration at 9.15 am followed by coffee & bacon rolls.1st tee time 10.00am
Cost for the day £35. Latest payment date 19th October, as we must confirm numbers by this date.
Draw on 26th October
Dinner dress code is smart casual.
Would members please be aware that as with most venues we need to give final numbers for the meal and will be charged accordingly, therefore please ensure payments are made by the due date to be included in the draw.
Handicap Review. No playing changes.
McWolder Cup
To be played at Evesham GC on 30th September.
Maxstoke Park was the final qualifier for the team and Chairman Phil will contact those who have made the team.
St.Pierre outing Sunday 30th June & Monday 1st July 2013.
Annual Days outing to Bowood GC on 8th/9th September 2013.
A separate Email has been sent to members yet to confirm if they will attend St. Pierre and/or Bowood.
A firm booking and deposit will be required this week to ensure our reservation.
