                                      INFORMATION  UPDATE

The Chairman advised that Malcolm Fleming has passed away after a long illness; our thoughts are with his wife Jenny and family. The Society will be sending an appropriate card.

 

Golf day at Sapey Golf Club on 26^th February

Despite the wet underfoot conditions the committee felt that we had a successful day at the joint competition with The Coach & Horses and that the staff looked after us well and provided good food, with the best course conditions taking into consideration the wettest winter for 200 years.

Any changes will be advised before the Kenilworth outing and is awaiting the end of season reviews at Broadway GC

 

Match Play Competitions 2014.

The draw for both singles and pairs has been advised to members.

 

99^th Day Golf Arrangements

This will now take place on Wednesday 30^th April PM at Welford Golf Course with a post-match meal at The Bell Inn. Entry list is at The Bell Inn.

Costs will be £40 per pair to included dinner

                     £25 individual to include dinner

                    £20 Dinner only

 

Dinner 8.30pm. Dress Code Society tie and jackets.

Horticultural Day 25^th August 2014

The Society will be running the tombola and will be seeking prizes from the members.

 

RAFA Charity day. 29^th August 2014

Mike Barnes would be grateful for team entries. The cost of a 4 player’s team is £180 to include a post- match meal and prizes. If you are able to enter a team contact Mike on 853806.
