Outing to Redditch GC on 26^th July 2012

A good venue with the course in great condition especially in the view of our chairman! We were well looked after and will remain on our list for future visits.

Arrangements for the outing to Maxstoke Park GC on Thursday 6^th September

Entry sheet at The Bell Inn

Format: Individual Stableford  (and final qualifier for the McWolder Cup)

Registration at 10.30 am followed by coffee & bacon rolls.1^st tee time 11.30am

Cost for the day £35. Latest payment and draw date 31^st August.

Dinner 6.00pm. Dress code smart casual.

Maxstoke Park GC do enforce their dress code and insist that calf length white socks be worn with shorts, ankle or coloured socks with shorts are not permitted.

Would members please be aware that as with most venues we need to give final numbers for the meal and will be charged accordingly, therefore please ensure payments are made by the due date to be included in the draw.

Handicap Review: Phil Bennett reduced to 23.

McWolder Cup

To be played at Evesham GC on 30^th September.

Team of 16 players to be selected after Maxstoke Park GC outing.

If members know that they will not be available for selection would they please let Phil know as soon as possible.

St.Pierre outing Sunday 30^th June & Monday 1^st July 2013.

To retain our booking for next year and cost of £99 Warren needs to reserve the bedrooms and commit to numbers as soon as possible. Whilst this is a long way ahead if you intend to go please let Warren know soonest. A deposit will be required.

Horticultural Show 27^th August

The society will be holding a Tombola and prizes would be gratefully received by 24^th August to Warren & Maggie at The Bell Inn.
